A clean, modern and practical stop for a layover. The pool was an added bonus and the food (served in the garden), was excellent as was the service.
For a supposed 4* hotel the lack of bathroom basics like hand cream, conditioner and shampoo was surprising well as no tea or coffee making facilities. Nonetheless the bed was very comfortable and it did the job perfectly.

The hotel is tired. The shower wand sprayed everywhere. The tile caulking was worn. There were cracks in the bathroom. The restaurant food was mediocre.

Good option for airport hotel in Madrid. Excellent shuttle service. A few restaurant and food options in the area. Good value compared to other airport hotels offering free shuttle service
Room amenities were meager. Typical hotel toiletries items for a 4 star hotel missing. No in room coffee facilities.

Location. Close to a mall, 15 min walk. Clean comfortable room. Spacious. Safe, fridge, coffee available in room.
Very warm room - air conditioning had a set timer and I was informed in the reception that it had not changed with the season ??…. In any case fortunately it was spring so the temperature was bearable but not comfortable.

Dependable airport shuttle was timely. Wifi works well. Within walking distance to shopping mall with supermarket, restaurants and many shops.

Hotel is modern. Excellent breakfast options. Friendly staff. Easy to set up for shuttle service from airport to hotel via a call or WhatsApp. Walking distance to mall. Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful.

Clean room, new everything. 24 hour staffed with friendly people.
Listed this place as having free shuttle to the airport, but has only a small van every hour. The one we like was full and we have to take one an hour earlier and wait in the airport for almost 3 hours. No free coffee in room.
