From the front dark to the waitstaff, everyone was so helpful. One of the women on the front desk Tuesday June 2nd helped me get a taxi to the stadium to pick up my daughter at 12 am when the Uber app crashed and she was stranded there alone. She communicated our issue to the cab driver in Spanish. Many thanks to her as we had no one else to turn to at that hour.

It’s great if you’re not going to visit Madrid and your plane is leaving soon, because it’s next to the airport! We had to stay there because our flight was delayed. Facilities are amazing. Big room!
