Wonderful
We stayed here at the end of a three week visit to Spain. The location close to the airport was ideal for us (10 minute drive to Terminal 1). Liked the onsite restaurant after a long travel day. The room was comfortable and large compared to our other hotel stays in Spain. Quiet for sleeping. Liked the free shuttle to the airport from the hotel. It was too early for our stay, but the outside area and pool looked like a nice place to relax outside.

I didn’t like the hotel and I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms looked tired. Don’t understand how it has 4 stars - it’s amongst the most budget places i’ve stayed. There was just a 1-in-all shower gel and shampoo. NO other amenities whatsoever - NOT even a complimentary bottle of water. I don’t even remember the last time we weren’t even given water at a hotel!!! Save your money - I’d rather have stayed at the Hilton - bet they give you water there.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a generally pleasant atmosphere. Staff was kind and helpful throughout the stay. One of the biggest advantages is the proximity to the airport, which makes it very convenient for short stays or early flights. The shuttle service is also a nice plus.
The location is not ideal if you want to explore central Madrid. It takes time to reach the main areas of the city, so it’s not the best choice for a more “city experience”.

The hotel was very close to the airport, which was exactly what we needed. The bed was huge and very comfortable and all the facilities very modern and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, could choose a bit of everything. The check in and check out were done really fast, that's a great point when one needs to get a flight.
Nothing, we were satisfied with everything we experienced here.
