They have a great hourly transport to the airport which is quite close. In spite of that, our room was quiet. The room was clean, modern, and everything functioned well. It is a nice place to stay if you need to catch a morning flight, and I would stay there again.
The twin beds were a bit difficult to separate due to nightstands.
Somewhat our fault, when we drove into the small driveway at the front entrance, we did not recognize it as such. So we drove around again. Upon returning one of the airport vans motioned me to a ramp that apparently went down to a lower parking level. I drove down the somewhat narrow and quite steep ramp for about three stories. Upon getting to the bottom, there was no where to go. So I had to back up the steep narrow ramp. We were only dropping off our luggage for storage and then went to drop off our rental car. So, I would simply say that if you are driving there, communicate with them first to clarify how to park, etc.

From the front dark to the waitstaff, everyone was so helpful. One of the women on the front desk Tuesday June 2nd helped me get a taxi to the stadium to pick up my daughter at 12 am when the Uber app crashed and she was stranded there alone. She communicated our issue to the cab driver in Spanish. Many thanks to her as we had no one else to turn to at that hour.

It’s great if you’re not going to visit Madrid and your plane is leaving soon, because it’s next to the airport! We had to stay there because our flight was delayed. Facilities are amazing. Big room!

A clean, modern and practical stop for a layover. The pool was an added bonus and the food (served in the garden), was excellent as was the service.
For a supposed 4* hotel the lack of bathroom basics like hand cream, conditioner and shampoo was surprising well as no tea or coffee making facilities. Nonetheless the bed was very comfortable and it did the job perfectly.
