Exceptional
The attention, professionalism, understanding and care, the place is beautiful also and extremely comfortable and cosy
There were a couple flickering lights and missing roof tiles and that spooked me somewhat while running on two hours of sleep getting lost in the corridors trying to catch the lift for the airport

we booked a room here because it is close to the airport and it has a shuttle service. We were not able to reserve a seat on the shuttle for the morning of our departure and had to take a taxi (additional expense). The shuttle only runs once an hour, on the hour, which is insufficient for the size of the hotel.
hotel and our room was 'tired looking'

There weren’t enough bathroom amenities, such as cotton swabs and soap.
shuttle to the airport- over booked so took expansive taxi

Wonderful
Our room was spacious and newly renovated. The free pick-up shuttle bus from the airport to hotel was a bonus. The location was good, as it was only about a 10-minute walk to a big shopping mall. The staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, the pool wasn't open, and there was some noise at times due to the renovations.

Room was big and spacious.
The airport shuttle is not the best scheudling wise. They dont tell you this ahead of time, but it goes every 30 minutes until late at night and is then every hour. It fills up during the day so you end up needing to taxi anyway. Easy to scheudle when youre at the hotel.
