Wonderful
Location was fantastic, just off of Gran Via and walkable to so much. The room was comfortable and clean. It wasn't huge, but it was far from "tiny." The air conditioning was also great during a warm weather stay. The parking deck isn't exactly connected, but it's a 30 second walk from the front door, which is nice. They also have a decent gym, which was an added bonus. The staff was the highlight for me! When I arrived, the airline had lost my baggage and the staff jumped in to help me find stores that were still open that would have clothes and such that I needed to get me through the first day or two. They were AMAZING.
One of the two elevators was down for my entire stay. It made for longer waits than expected to get elevators. It's a first-world problem, for sure.

The location was very central, close to gran via, and shopping! Boutique hotel, very cute but found expensive compared to other great ones we stayed at.

The room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. All the stuff were very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Such a great deal. Excellent location.
I could hear a little bit of noise at about 4 o’clock in the morning. It wasn’t as quiet as I would have liked.

Our first room was not great, but we got moved for the second and third night to a wonderful room on floor 10
The rooms that are not renovated seem old and mine even had a wall out the window that blocked all sunlight.

The location is superb. It is right near the Mercado San Miguel, and I walked to my tours of both the Prado and the palace. The staff was so welcoming and so friendly, and aside from the sudden downpour that dampened our ability to hang out at the top floor bar, it was a perfect stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It’s located right in the heart of Madrid, with everything with a walking distance. The gym is excellent and open 24/7. I also loved the rooftop bar with amazing views, and breakfast was simply perfect-always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Lovely rooms with the most comfortable bed I think I've ever had in a hotel
There are 2 lifts but one was under repair, which meant there was only 1 working. This was a bit annoying but understandable

Staff were very friendly. Front desk and restaurant staff were so helpful. Food was incredible. Appreciated the flexibility of menu as I was travelling with a 8 year old. Support in securing the game tickets was brilliant
Would of been nice to have the pool open, but I get that it is closed during the winter. Lifts were a wait, but we were informed of the maintenance in advance. So it did not detract from our stay.
