I liked the bar and the room
The parking elevator was not working, i had a lot of bags and no one helped or resolved anything, the parking underground is also really small and difficult to get in or out, if you have a big car, not recommended unless you are a really good driver

Great stay overall! The hotel is modern, recently renovated, and very clean. The bed was large and super comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied.
The location is very convenient - close to the metro and easy to get to Madrid Airport. The neighborhood feels local and authentic, with lots of nice places that are less touristy. At the same time, our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quiet and peaceful at night.
The staff were very friendly and even packed breakfast for us for an early check-out, which we really appreciated!
A small downside: there was no liquid soap in the bathroom, and no soap dish for the bar soap, so the area near the sink got a bit messy. However, this did not affect our overall very positive experience.

The staff was pleasant. It was located in a good area walking distance from stadium, room service is available. Trendy location has video games in common areas and a bar in lobby.
Very small elevators only room for two people with full size suitcases.

I like that the hotel was just outside of the center in a quiet area. There were two metro stops close by as well as plenty of places to eat. The bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. We did not eat breakfast here but we did enjoy the bar one evening.

In room 524 there was no mobile coverage nor wifi. I requested multiple times to change my room and my requests have been denied without any intend of helping. I booked comfort room and it should have more space but actually too small and there is no difference between it and the other regular room

Complémentary flavored water, candies and snacks at the reception. Very quiet room. The district is quiet but has many stores, coffees, bars and restaurants.
Pool is closed most of the year.

Nice room requested a view, and got a great view.
The roof-top was closed, and we booked the hotel for the roof-top lounge, and did not find out it was closed until we checked in...bummer.

Staff (Alina) was awesome. She was very helpful in finding me a better room as well as recommendations. Hotel is at a very convenient location with taxis waiting outside.
The initial room was way too small. Alina helped me find a better room for a small upgrade price. The upgraded room was much better.
