Nice hotel, pool is fab, they give you towels just for pool, staff were very polite everywhere. Hotel is nice, we paid a lot for it due to being there for the Formula 1 weekend, would stay here again for more reasonable price though.
The cleaning staff were very loud and instead of parking their carts outside the room they were cleaning the parked outside our room for hours and were not quiet. The room has a full length mirror but no light near it, lighting was odd in the room. Breakfast needed a little bit of variety in the hot food. Just to be aware the neuvos Ministerios metro is an 8 min walk but is actually at least another 10 mins underground before you set foot on a metro. The station is huge.

Bathroom small. toilet hidden behind door difficult to sit on without hitting head on opposite wall. Bad design layout.

The staffs are okay, friendly and helpful to accommodate our requests. Breakfast spread was good too.
i think the aircond filter has not been changed for quite some time which resulted to all of us including a newborn to be sneezing all the time when we are the room. we can feel the air in the room was not so clean. fyi, the temperature was set to a warmer one.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y para solo estar una noche de paso estuvo bien. El hotel está bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable.
No me gustó el tamaño de la habitación y menos por el precio que habíamos pagado!! Muy pequeña, éramos dos personas, quizás no me di cuenta del tipo de habitación que cogí ( supongo que era lo único que quedaba) pero muy caro para lo que era, una cama como de 1.4 o 1.5 , apenas espacio para moverte en la habitación.
Las luces de colores estravagantes no me gustaron ni en la habitación ni en el hotel.

It was in a great location and was a very cool hotel. It has a bar in the lobby. It is a quick walk to the metro and plenty of restaurants.
