Excellent location, very central and easy to access. The room was very large and spacious, which is not always common in Madrid. Everything was clean and convenient.
The price felt quite high for what was offered.

The location was great. The rooftop terrace provided a great view of the city.
The elevators were very slow. The problem is there are the main elevators and a secondary parking elevator. Guests call both sets which makes the elevator slow.

The location is central. The staff was nice.
Thin walls thus very noisy. I could hear the neighbor’s conversation. I tried calling front desk to ask for an iron, but did not know which number to dial. I had to walk down to ask for iron and they disclosed the number. There were no clear instruction at check in and none in the room either. I did not like the breakfast and thought $24 for what was offered is quite high. A soap dish would have been nice as to not get soap on the counter.

Location is superb!! Walking distance to Plaza Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza España and many amenities. Friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good air conditioning

It was good. It had orange juice and water. I don't drink hot beverages. They had coffee and also tea for the person that don't drink coffee.
The scramble eggs could taste better and also had more variety of fruits.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the roof top pool was wonderful. The hotel is right in the middle of everything on the Grand Via.

We wish the staff had warned us about the closure of the Gran Via for Labor Day. We struggled to arrive, having to drag our bags several blocks.

Everything was top notch and the quality of the facility was amazing.
wished the pool was open and the roof lounge open and more vibrant. It was close to 80° during our stay. I was charged for "cork service" to open a bottle of wine at $20. The bottle was bought off site for $15. Seemed a bit much.

The location was wonderful, the property is lovely in the main areas.
The rooms had zero view - both sides looked out on walls. The air conditioning was mediocre at best. We could not get the temp to go down more than 1 degree. The bed was awful - is the only way I could describe it. It felt like an old mattress with springs that sagged and the pillows were rock hard. Lastly, the rooftop pool and restaurant -the thing that originally sold us - was closed. They had the lower roof portion of the restaurant open, but the upper roof was closed - no explanation given. The food was ok, although the menu was very limited, and the staffing was - to say the least - insufficient. For the price we paid to stay there two nights, I expected a lot better.
