Very central location make it convenient to all attractions and shopping mall. The room is clean and big
-its very noisy during night at the 9th floor, the sky bar plays music until 1am at night and I couldnt fall asleep before that.
-staffs are not rude but I didnt feel I am welcomed
-the shower water was not stable, sometimes hot and then turns cold

The pool is the best the hotel has to offer. The reception desk is very professional. They save the day. The location is the best you can get.
The pool staff is unfriendly, indifferent and simply unprofessional. The rooms are quite small

Excellent location and nice rooms. Staff are kind.
They were late in checking in one of the two rooms we reserved. We arrived exactly @ 2pm the start of check in time. But everything else is good.
Breakfast is not suitable for a muslim family

There is a problem with the elevators. They are very crowded in the morning and sometimes in the evening.
