Can tell it is exceeding well run, staff it attentive, details for functionality thought out - down to a bathroom nightlight.
The Bar could use some marketing, events and liveliness.
Not a complaint, just an observation: Tub step was just a bit high ( I’m short) when getting out of the shower - I don’t see how to put in a balance bar but would have been useful.

Location is perfect! Right at the middle of the city! Very spacious room, gorgeous balcony and clean facilities. Definitely a place I will be back if I’m back to Madrid! Hands down one of the best properties I have stayed for a city visit! Everything was accessible so so easily and the staff were respectful.

Exceptional location, Center of Gran via street with all main stores right im front. You dont need any of the public transportation for all main attractions and plazas. Only took bus to reach Bernabeu. Rooms are so quite, you can rest as much as you need. Room for 1 person was small but had everything I needed (mini fridge also with water). Shower was also great

Spotless! Conveniently located. Nice breakfast. Staff was helpful.
Only one small complaint. Loud man doing his t-shirt sales order at the breakfast on our second morning. Taking calls and talking with a customer who I don’t believe was staying there. Kind of ruined our lovely breakfast.

Lots of light in the room and bathroom - very clean.
Spacious. Great linen, towels, housecoats. Good water pressure. Great lighting. Tiny elevators not a big deal. Nice breakfast and awesome view from the top of the building. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff very friendly.
Very busy street and street noise all hours, esp if you like your windows open at night. No real restaurant (breakfast only), weird little lobby and some dour male faces at the counter. Where are the women?….. cleaning and serving.
