Great location, in the middle of Gran Via. Staff was very polite.
Overall very clean, except towels, unfortunately had hair strands in both times it was changed.

The hotel's maintenance and cleanliness are top-notch. We have stayed in many hotels in Madrid, and this is one of the cleanest. It is old, but all spaces are perfectly maintained. The terraces on the top floor are fantastic, and the service there is excellent. Amparo, the woman who cleaned our room, and Lucía, who runs the bar on the top floor, were kind and very professional: our room was spotless, and on the terraces and lounges of the top floor we enjoyed drinks and a football match on a large TV.
The prices of the rooms, food, and minibar items could be lower, but now Madrid is very expensive everywhere, and hotels charge as much as they can for everything.

Great location, but a few downsides The location is excellent — close to everything you need. The rooms are small but very clean and well-maintained. However, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear what’s going on in the neighboring rooms. Also, the reception staff could be more polite and welcoming.

This is my second time in this hotel . It has the perfect location . Rooms are impeccable and comfortable. The staff in general is very knowledgeable and attentive. Eduardo at the front desk is amazing always willing to help.

Excellent location on Gran Vía – walking distance to main sights, bars, shops, and close to metro and bus stops. The area is full of life, great for exploring or shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the main street but still very quiet, with two balconies and a nice view. Housekeeping was excellent – the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels and even bed sheets changed daily. The rooftop bar is not fancy, but it's peaceful and definitely worth visiting.
