Good location. Close to transit and different shops. There are snacks and drinks through out the day and it breakfast is pretty good.
Some of the staff were not particularly hospitable or helpful. It often felt like asking for assistance was a nuisance/bother to them. Even during check-in for the tour, the lady barely went over the hotel details or the amenities available to us, and she completely skipped mentioning the on-site gym. Very much felt like they couldn't be bother or even.

Loved the check-in system until 3am because, honestly, we wouldn’t have been able to come otherwise!
Location was perfect, next to the highway entrance and near the city center!!
Nice there is a parking (although it was terribly difficult to park in there…)
Happy to hear staff speaking French :)

I liked the size of the room, I loved the breakfast, loved the friendly staff, loved the free buffet in the afternoon and evening.
If you're planning on visiting the madrid city centre, it was too far away.
Also, I would have preferred a door between the sleeping area and the bathroom that fully closes as to have better sound isolation.

The hotel is prominently and falsely advertising it provides air conditioning—be careful as they don’t enable this until it’s sometimes late April /May. My room was like a sauna at night, I couldn’t sleep. I don’t mind hotels not having AC, but I specifically filtered for it at booking as it was a heatwave—and therefore expected it. The staff were nice, but I was a bit unhappy when they told me I misunderstood the listing — when both the official hotel listing and booking.com listing was very clear, AC was mentioned multiple times, and never as a “AC/heating” spec. With thanks for Booking.com to honor the misleading advertisement. I hope the hotel fixes this mischaracterization.

Great staff at the desk and in the breakfast room. Room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent with many, many quality choices available! Bus stop across the street, Metro 500m (1,650 feet) away from the entry. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
It is not exactly close to the center of Madrid, which takes about 35 to 40 minutes to get to from the hotel. We knew this beforehand, so it was fine with us!

This is such a nice hotel. It exceeded my expectations. It is eco-friendly, staff are pleasant and helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. It even provides free round the clock snacks and an honour bar. Lots of nice little touches in the room as well. If you don’t minds staying a little out of Centro, it’s a great choice.
It’s just a little outside of the action but there is a bus stop across the street and a metro station nearby

All was very comfortable and clean.
We are vegetarians and in this place we found one of the best variety of breakfast in comparison to other hotels.
One thing which was a delight and pleasant difference is the bath. These days in all hotels the screen is so small that you end up with water splashed all over the bathroom floor, but here the size was just right and user friendly.
If at all something it would be the garage, it does put your driving skills to test, although you are informed very well about it by the staff in advance.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel is amazing, they had free snacks and drinks, hot tea, and coffee. It was amazing as we came late to the hotel and were happy to get something to eat. The whole decoration of the hotel is super nice, and everything was clean, really, above any expectations. The shower was great, too. However, the ventilation system in the hotel room was not the best; everything got damp after the shower, and the air-con did not help much.
The beds are two separate beds put together as one. The bedsheets felt super nice; however, there was some polyester content in them, so we sweated a lot and could not sleep well at all. What a shame. Other than that, wowza, super cool hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless and beautifully cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with great variety and quality. On top of that, the "free" complimentary snacks and drinks were such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time I’m in Madrid. Highly recommended!

The hotel atmosphere inside is excellent very quiet and very friendly, the staff are exceptionally friendly and very nice. Special thanks to Laura who hosted us very well at the reception. The following days, all the staff were vey helpful and kind.
The location is just opposite to a bus stop where it took us to the nearest metro station. The rooms are very clean.
The hotel serves snacks and sometimes soup around the clock with endless free soft drinks and hot drinks and sandwiches.
