This is such a nice hotel. It exceeded my expectations. It is eco-friendly, staff are pleasant and helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. It even provides free round the clock snacks and an honour bar. Lots of nice little touches in the room as well. If you don’t minds staying a little out of Centro, it’s a great choice.
It’s just a little outside of the action but there is a bus stop across the street and a metro station nearby

It was really friendly employees. Something you don’t get to experience in other hotels. Always a smile on a face and checking on guests if everything is alright and everyone is having a pleasant time. This is what made my stay so wonderful, they are worth gold as we say in Norway. Thank you
The brekfast was alright but I was personally missing some humos or fish alternatives and salats that is already mix.

The green bar area is a great idea, I hope more hotels would adopt that, with free coffee, drinks, sandwiches and pastry. Personnel were super nice and very friendly and accommodating. Very clean throughout.
Breakfast was barely adequate, I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Had the usual breakfast bar but no cream cheese, only butter, we had to queue up for eggs, because there was just one person preparing the eggs, only a very limited selection of hams and cheeses etc. This was offsetted by the very friendly staff and the green bar, but still, should be improved.
Parking was horrible, very tight and narrow, it's ok for a smaller car but SUV's struggle.
Beds were small and even though we booked a double room they gave us twin beds, not a proper double bed.

Lovely staff at the reception, very helpful with everything. Big and comfortable room, everything very clean. Great installations and eco-friendly mindset! Very easy to find place to park near the hotel. Great stay!

The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet safe family area.
So easy to get commute to center.
Perfect evening walks around the hotel with local bars and rest offering super great food.
The room was super clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are above and beyond what is normally offered.
Definitely will be staying here in any future trips to Madrid!
