We stayed here twice on our recent trip to Spain and Artiem Madrid alone made me wish we had planned more time in the city. The staff, Carlos in particular, were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a most welcome surprise. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect.
Truthfully nothing. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but we knew that going in. There was a bus stop right outside the door and the metro is a short 10 minute walk away.

Great hotel with comfortable beds. The area is good if you are going to concerts or airport but quite far from the city center. It felt like a safe area with some places like grocery’s open 24/7. They provide free nibbles and coffee which was really nice after the concert

It was clean, the breakfast was varied and very good. There is a chef who cooks eggs in the morning. Also they offer you different types of beverages free of charge and after 2 pm sandwiches, salads and puddings as well. Will definitely stay here again when we’ll visit Madrid in the future.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. The complimentary food and drinks were also incredible. Everything was above and beyond amazing.
The location was a bit far from the city center. However, there was a bus stop right outside the door and it was close to the airport.

The rooms was modern, very clean and bad was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with big choose of pastries, meat, fruits. The big surprise was food and drinks you can take during the day in the hotel.
Fridge wasn’t working and location was very far from city center (50min by public transport)

Everything was excellent! All the services provided were exceptionally well organized, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. After a difficult experience elsewhere, this was exactly the comfort and peace we needed. Bravo!
