I was genuinely impressed by the quality and thoughtful organization of this hotel. Everything felt designed with guests’ comfort in mind.
The room was a particular highlight: spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, including the bathroom. The bed and pillows were wonderful, and the excellent soundproofing made it incredibly easy to get a restful night's sleep.
Breakfast was spectacular, with a fantastic selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, cheeses, and other fresh foods. And the coffee was excellent!
The location was another pleasant surprise. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of several metro and bus connections. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing to stay here rather than somewhere closer to the city center. The short metro ride into central Madrid was part of the fun, and being able to return to such a peaceful oasis at the end of a busy day was a real gift.
For anyone looking to enjoy everything Madrid has to offer while also having a quiet, restful, and rejuvenating place to come home to, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Madrid. It features the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Breakfast is great, and we especially loved the refreshment bar concept where you can help yourself to fresh fruit, juices, pastries, mini sandwiches, coffee, and even wine and beer. We knew this was included in the price, but we didn't expect it to be this good. Special praise for granting us a free late check-out, as well as allowing us to hang out in the lobby and continue enjoying the refreshments until our departure around 7 PM.
A bit further from the city center, about half an hour by public transport, using a combination of a bus that stops right in front of the hotel and the metro. Nevertheless, it offers an excellent value for money.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff very friendly & welcoming, bed was really comfortable.
Choice at breakfast was superb, everything fresh on a daily basis.
Complimentary drinks & snacks throughout our stay was a nice touch, a concept I have not seen before.
Overall a great hotel, a little out of the city but great public transport available nearby.

I absolutely loved the accommodation! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the location was also fantastic, especially for those who appreciate having a metro station nearby.
The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were of excellent quality, and without a doubt, what I loved most was the blackout curtains in the room.

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing, kind helpful. The bed was so comfortable, the rooms were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Even though I travelled from work and wanted to go home, I didn’t wanna leave this hotel. Definitely first place I will look to stay next time I’m in Madrid.
