location is perfect! It locates at the point from where you can access many many interesting sites by WALK. You can find the Carrefour Market at the cross where Gran via and C. de Tudescos meet. At Gran via 52, there is KFC. So it's very convenient for daily living. My room is quiet and feels safe. It was cleaned by on demands which is great for both guests and hostel personnel.

Perfect location, minutes of walk to main plazas, museums, foods and bars! Very friendly stuff and clean room with balcony and amazing view to Gran Via!
Room with balcony to Gran Via is very noisy 24/7. I was totally fine with earplugs, but whoever wants quiet room don’t book this one!

The location of this establishment on Gran Via is amazing. The innkeeper Carmen was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with her recommendations. She made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is in an outstanding location, price was very reasonable and the staff is amazing. The exterior of the building is under renovation which made it a little hard to find and the elevator is very limited, can only take 2 people at a time. Room was a little tight but was comfortable and had everything we needed

Location, location, location. Right on the middle of Gran Via. Host was 10+, beyond kind and helpful. Clean small room, in room coffee&tea. Great A/C. No complaints.
Mattress is OK, and that’s a great review in Europe. I’ll give it a 6/10. Not bad, not great.

Can't get any better on location. Very secure hotel that provides you with a set of keys to the front door to their building, key to the main front door on the 5th floor and key to your room to lock and unlock manually. No flat key cards. Very quiet location.
Size of room is a lot smaller than shown in pictures. Bathroom is really small. There was 1 day where there was no warm water so I had to shower with cold water. Aside from that good hotel.
