Staff were very accommodating. The place was easy to find, modern and well kept.
Room and bed were slightly smaller than what I could gather from the pictures. Even so, it was fully equipped. I liked the complimentary coffee, water and tea in the room.

I asked for a quiet room, and I got a lovely interior room that was very quiet. Staff were all super friendly and patient with my bad Spanish (but also speak very good English). Great price, great location. Nice showers, and comfortable beds.
If Im being picky, I guess the towels and sheets arent the best quality, but truly for the price and the location it cant be beat.

The location of the hotel is great. All sights can be reached on foot. The staff is very friendly and attentive and ready to help. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite a good size.

Location( Gran Via)and customer service( Inna was very nice and kind) The room is small, but there is a small fridge and a tea kettle which are very convenient.
The walls are thin and you can hear every little sound from the rooms nearby.

Unfortunately, we can hear the neighbors very easily they talk in their room and we can hear them. Bring your ear plugs!

Explicitly clean, very well equipped including the tea/coffee set, seif, extended bathroom amenities. Very comfortable bed. Very nice and friendly staff.
Absence of soundproof. A single room is a bit pricey for its size and window view.

First of all, I highly recommend this hotel. This is a 2 stars but more of a 3 stars hotel.
I was checking it out as I have a hiking/travel business and was looking for a place to stay with my clients when I travel to Spain.
- The staff are wonderful, Inna in particular is extremely nice, smily, welcoming and helpful. The gentleman at night was nice too and the cleaning staff were very lovely.
- I travel once or twice per month around the world and this was probably the cleanest hotel I have been to.
- The shower is extremely powerful
- Aircon/ heating were working great
- It is right in the city centre and surrounded by train stations
- Room decoration was great
- Fast Internet connection
- Supermarket in the next street and off licence next to the front door
- You can leave your luggage with them if you arrive before checking time, Inna also ensure that you know that you can use the toilet if needed.
Overall a wonderful stay.
I will go back with my clients.
- Well, I am a light sleeper and it could get really noisy even though we were away from the reception, we slept with the window open and could hear the lift overnight so bring earplugs. My partner did not get bothered.
Just a suggestion
- The TV has a lot of channels but all Spanish, it might be good to have a few in English, French, and maybe German for tourists.

The property is considered a hostal, but it could be considered a hotel **. It is comfortable, well decorated, clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly!
The only detail that could be improved is the fact that there is a curtain in the bathroom. This is terrible in my opinion. But I believe that that they are improving this item because in my daughters room there was a proper shower stall.

Great location, really clean and modern rooms. The staff, especially Inna, was most helpful and simply pleasure to deal with. She gave us detailed directions how to arrive, which metro to take and so on. Then she also let us leave our luggage as we arrived quite early, way before check in time. That gave us freedom to explore the area. A1!
