Rooms are decent, ok for a couple of days stay. Overall cosy and convenient
There is a fridge in the room but it doesn't do anything., barely cooling. Also the was no light in my bathroom. Not a big deal but some minor inconvenience.

The backdoor was kept ajar with a wedge of paper taped at the bottom with the result that at all hours anyone who was in the building could have come in without a key and without going past reception. It didn't feel very secure. We were confused by this wad of paper and removed it the first time we came in so that the door would shut properly. The reception guy hustled down the hallway and told us off for doing it, without explaining why it was necessary. It might be because the front elevator was out of service and so some guests, instead of walking up four flights of stairs, were taking the back elevator and so using that back door. Still, it's time then to put a buzzer on the back door and have reception go to open the door if that's what's needed to ensure guests feel secure.

Amazing location, bright and spacious room, cute and clean, the mini fridge and kettle were a great bonus, kind staff
Not much! The city view rooms are bright and let in street sounds well into the night so earplugs and and a sleep mask are a must if you’re a sensitive sleeper

The location was great. Central to Grand via and lots of attractions and transportation. The room was comfortable. They even gift you with a couple of bottles of water, a small bottle of cava, and of course coffee and tea.
I wish I could have turned down the AC a little more. Other than that it was really fantastic. And the staff were really nice.

Comfy clean room with a fabulous location! Very nice and efficient staff eager to help you. The taxi to the airport was reasonably priced. The bed was small but very comfortable. The AC worked really well. The location was well worth the price. I would stay here again.
I had a room further away from the traffic, which was more quiet. Unfortunately, the insulation for neighboring rooms was not very good, and you can hear conversations and shower/ kettle usage. It didn't bother me so much.

Great location and easy check-in. The AC worked great which was a big plus considering Madrid was undergoing a heat wave. Having a lift was also good as the hotel is on the 4th floor.

the staff elna was so helpufal & weclcoming,she helped me with luggaue , taxi picked me up from 4th floor with luggage and everything the facilities are great value to what is paid, decorated room & coffee machine . clean bed and faciluous location in front of capital

Incredible location, steps away from Callao subway and about 7 minute walk from Puerta del Sol, right on the Gran Via, loads of relevant and cool things to do around as well as around the corner from a Carrefour and a Starbucks in case something quick is needed.
Everything was great, I just wish we had some more toilet paper and soap but it ended up being fine, I also didn’t ask for it.
