The room was extremely spacious, with an unexpected kitchen section (fridge, sink, microwave), and a very welcome sitting area. We had an inside room, without a view of the Royal Palace, but there were still tall windows and plenty of light. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Comfortable and very quiet. If you pay at the hotel and get a voucher, you can get a huge, normally 16 Euro breakfast at the fancy cafe downstairs for 10 Euros. Location was great we walked everywhere, though took a cab to and from the train station not expensive and we didnt want to have to figure out the subway system with our luggage, etc. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

The place was wonderful. Location, room, staff--all exceeded my expectations. I can not believe the accommodations were so nice for the price. Alana at front desk was a pleasure!
Cafe outside the palace was slightly disappointing. They got my order wrong. My grandson had almost finished his meal by the time I got mine. Server was unconcerned. Food was good!

Very well located in Madrid.
Extremely clean and spacious. We received a bottle of complementary champagne when we arrived and new water bottles each day. The staff were very helpful in answering our questions.
The beds were a bit hard and the pillows werent very comfortable.

Location was within 30 min walking to many tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Bed and pillows were surprisingly super comfortable. Rooms were very spacious, and bedding and towels very clean and soft. Staff was very friendly and check in a breeze. The view from the terrace was the palace. Lovely!
Nothing! Would definitely book again. Maybe the only minor inconvenience is that some taxis/ubers arent aware that the street is not pedestrian only.

Great location. Huge room. Comfortable bed. Massive bathroom with walk in shower. Really friendly team at desk too.
Room was above the restaurant kitchen and was noisy after the restaurant closed and staff were using dishwashers etc into the early hours. I wire ear plugs

Location is amazing, we came in late because of the flight and one of the receptionists, a guy, waited for us and was super helpful, nice and amazing took care of everything. The room was so pretty and nice , great view. And close to everything.

Amazing location in the heart of the city but feels wonderfully removed. We had a room with a view of the Palace so it felt like a unique and magical experience. The staff is fantastic.
The only negatives were very small things like we would have more hangars and storage space and a more plush bed.
