It is at the heart of the city. Clean, neat. Our room had a good vibe. Staff was helpful.
Well, first day in Madrid was rainy and it would have been better if the heating worked. But that is a minor issue.

I was provided with everything I needed, even a mini fridge and water boiler! But I was most impressed with the staff, specially with Andrea. She was very professional yet friendly and willing to help. She kept calm and compossed when I thought someone stole an item from my luggage but then later in front of her I founded! I am so srorry Andrea that I made you live an uncomfortable moment.

Excellent location; nice staff; comfortable bed. And, maybe a bit odd: a very quiet refrigerator
The bed is rather small - I'd not advice for 2 tall-ish people

The location was good for visiting the touristic places and also so close to the train station. The room was clean.. The lady (I guess she is the owner) was lovely.
The room was not big but provided an enough space to feel comfortable though.

Nieves was very friendly and helpful. Location was good.
No working AC and very loud throughout the night due to its position, but since AC was not working, we couldn’t close windows to reduce noise level.
