The location was good for visiting the touristic places and also so close to the train station. The room was clean.. The lady (I guess she is the owner) was lovely.
The room was not big but provided an enough space to feel comfortable though.

Nieves was very friendly and helpful. Location was good.
No working AC and very loud throughout the night due to its position, but since AC was not working, we couldn’t close windows to reduce noise level.

the people working were very friendly and helpful, a wipe for make-up, tea and coffee included, and a perfect room for one!
the soundproof could be better, i guess i weren't bothered because of respectful other guests, but it's not the same case always.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Atocha train station and close to all major landmarks of Madrid. You can get to most touristy places on foot very easily. There are multiple food options at a walking distance.
As many other people mentioned before, the soundproofing of walls. You can hear people in the hall.

I really liked everything about the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were awesome and very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the price is simply unbeatable for what you get.
The only minor downside was the lack of more power sockets in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re traveling for business and need to charge multiple devices.
