The room had all the amenities we needed. It was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for walking around and excellent for getting to the train station.
The room was small and had no where to open suitcases except on the floor. It was too bad we weren't able to bring food or drink into the room. I suppose that was cause the room was so small.

Great location of this simple hotel made it a very good stay for us. Easy to get to. Staff we were very helpful with advice and support. We were comfortable with everything we needed nearby.
Room was small, but great central location and excellent staff more than compensated.

Location, location, location. The hotel is percect for visiting Madrid by train. An easy walk with luggage from Atocha station and super close to the Prado museum.
We did not get the lovely room we wanted which was featured on booking. Com Instead we had a rather sterile room. I felt like the price was rather high for the room we had mid week and somewhat before the high season.

The location was good. Close to the museum and downtown
Even though I booked my room two month before my vacation but they gave me a room next to reception and was so noisy. So couldnt able to sleep peacefully

Nice hostel in very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Daily room cleaning. Comfort level was in line with the price point.
The temperature in the room was difficult to control. No water cooker or coffee maker available in the room (there was one for shared usage, but not included in the price and you needed to leave the room).
