Excellent location. The staff are very dedicated, caring, and attentive. The internet is adequate, but not ideal for work. A recommended place.
The internet is adequate for using a phone, but it is not recommended for anyone who wants to work on a laptop.

Great location and great value. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The beds were quite hard. Replacing all towels, even those hanging to dry on the towel rack, felt excessive given all the signs about conserving water. Needing the receptionist to open the door every time you came in felt like a burden stopping me from going in and out often.

Clean and comfortable- great location
I didn’t like not keeping my room key and not having a key or code to access the building. The doorbell was always answered promptly and courteously BUT I felt like I was bothering people if I wanted to pop in and out regularly.

Great location, quiet yet convenient. Just a 2-minute walk from Sol Station, with plenty of shops nearby—very convenient for daily life.
The staffs are very friendly, but it’s better to communicate in Spanish; English doesn’t work very well here.

Super nice hotel. The people at reception were very nice. The room was bigger than I expected and had a nice window. Plaza del Sol is a few steps away and right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to go. I was able to walk everywhere. If you don't want to walk, the metro stop is right in Plaza del Sol. Easy to get to and from the train station and airport from the metro. Felt very safe, even coming back at night. Lots of restaurants right on the same street.
