The staff are lovely and very caring, especially Sara. Breakfast is actually good, even if it's a buffet. They have a storage area with free lockers for your luggage, which came in handy. Overall it was a good stay, nothing fancy, but well-priced and fair.
WiFi was slow and unreliable. It kept dropping off and when it was connected, it was slow.

Friendly, efficient staff made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was small but well-equipped and matched the photos. I appreciated the complimentary water, the in-room safe, and the added security of key-card access to the building. The Pirámides metro stop right outside made getting around extremely convenient, and as a light sleeper I was happy that the hotel was quiet both inside and out at night.
I would have liked maybe a small makeup mirror in the bathroom but this is minor and I definitely don't hold this against the hotel.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
We had a great experience staying here! The room was spacious, super clean, and the bathroom was spotless and very pleasant. One of the best features is the secure luggage storage, which is perfect for guests early arrival and would be equally helpful for late departures.
We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in two hours early and get straight into our room. The location is fantastic — right in front of both the train and bus stations and within walking distance to the city center (not for seniors). Highly recommended!

The location is good; most of the city’s main attractions are just 3–4 metro stops away. Walking is also an option, although there is a slight uphill climb. The food was excellent, I have never had better melon and pineapple in my life, especially considering it was January, out of season. The food selection is outstanding and very diverse. The staff was always friendly and professional, the rooms were cleaned regularly, and the entire place feels new and very well maintained.
The room walls are very thin, so almost all sounds are clearly audible. Guests tend to become active as early as around 8 a.m., and noise starts coming from all directions. During our stay, the guests were quite loud, with shouting and calling to each other starting early in the morning. Whenever someone leaves their room, the doors slam loudly and are very noticeable. Additionally, since the restaurant is located on the first floor and our room was on the second, it often felt like noise was coming from below as well.
