The room was very big, clean and have a modern look. We had a seprate room with sofas so plenty of space. The bed was verry confortable and large.
Very convenient as the hotel is 5 m away from the subway.

It is close to Puente de Toledo, which is very beautiful area to walk around. For getting to the city center you could walk for 30min. or take the metro for 3 stops. I enjoyed the quality of the bed and the view of the city from the window.
Nothing, it met my expectations for a business trip.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room for three was clean and comfortable, in a very quiet setting. It was slightly small for three people, but this was only a minor point. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel’s proximity to the train station and public transport was a real advantage.
The room could feel a little small for three people, particularly for a longer stay, and we could occasionally hear some noise from the hallway.

Great location, with a metro station just outside, so access to the city was quick and easy. The hotel has nice decor and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would happily stay again.
Small thing, but the clothes hangers that you can’t fully remove from the hanging rail jn case someone steals them, are just annoying.

I liked the quiet lobby, the easy access to the bus line and metro, and the very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. I was always surprised at breakfast to see how many people were staying in the hotel because it was so peaceful.
There is really nothing I didn't like. As a suggestion, I would have enjoyed a restaurant for dinner on site.
