I arrived at 8 am, After a long flight, and Chema (Jose) checked me in. He was efficient and friendly.
He said my room was ready and I could take immediate occupation. It was a blessing, given i was tired and it was a hot day. He further assisted me in booking my train ticket to my next destination .
And for a great show.
All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, next to the train station and in a great location.
I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff were not friendly at all. My husband is diabetic and forgot his medication. I made several efforts to ask for their assistance, but they said they did not have the medicine, even though my husband had previously given it to them to store in the fridge. This is an emergency situation, and the lack of support is very concerning.

No wardrobe with a door, in order to hide all clothes, but it is not a big deal.
