The hotel is in a good location for a 1 night stay, with many dining options, and also next to some metro and bus stops that carry you to the city center. Staff is kind and professional, and the parking service (16€/day) is useful.
We paid for a "family room", but it really was a double room with an extra bed; also, the bathroom felt a bit dated and could have been cleaner.

The room temperature never went below 25° Celsius, the room was very comfortable, the vent in the bathroom was dirty , floors were dirty( never swept up), the refrigerator cabinet door was broken, the wall had markings on it, 3 single beds is a bad idea, and the restaurant was not good at all!

Habitación triple de buen tamaño con camas cómodas para todos nosotros, un adulto y dos adolescentes grandes. Desayuno bien organizado y con variedad: mucha fruta de buena calidad, distintos tipos de leche, buen café, queso y fiambre, huevos, alubias, ensalada, churros... Destacar la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal. Alrededor del hotel hay opciones para poder comer o cenar. El hotel también tiene cafeteria.
No lo recomiendo para personas a las que les guste alojarse en el centro de las ciudades. Pero la parada de metro está solo a 5 minutos caminando

Excellent location, close to metro and bus stations. The rooms are clean ans spacious, the staff is amazing, always ready to assure a great experience. The restaurant is nice, good food and excellent service. Varied breakfast, parking available.

Disappointing
Rooms quite spacious. Close to metro stations but will take at least 30 minutes to Gran Via in overcrowded & unaircon train carriages.
Kept getting locked out of my own room. Had to go 8 times to reception to get my key card reactivated. Didn’t seem to be a priority for reception staff- very much an attitude like mañana but of course payment can never be mañana! Was eventually upgraded to a better room- no complaints with the room- but again keycard issues. Some of the male staff should learn basic customer service and were closing down parts the breakfast room an hour before the close at 10am. Not really 4 star!

Great property. The location was perfect for us, in between the airport and downtown Madrid. Breakfast buffet each morning was great. Fresh squeezed orange juice! The metro and bus stops were close by-7 minutes to the metro. You could get downtown within 30 minutes. The room was big and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet at night, but also had options for food.
