I liked the eclectic decor and staff although busy were helpful,friendly and funny. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Odd smell in the hotel, especially on entry. The hotel doesn’t accept walk in or bookings in person even to extend stay. Very limited food options available, outside the building was an absolute mess and bad use of space near the gym and underneath the pool. Bedroom decor was basically falling apart and cleaners didn’t seem readily available. This is a good location and easy metro availability but not really close to the centre. Everywhere is a metro or taxi ride away.

Large building, rooms are super soundproof, absolute silence even though there was a massive party on the ground floor
Some minor things that get probably missed in a large hotel: ventilation not working properly, no shampoo (2x conditioner instead of 1x conditioner 1x shampoo), but surely if I would have asked they would have sorted it out instantly so no big deal

Very helpful and welcoming staff on reception.
Daily room cleaning brilliant and stocked up tea and coffee.
Exceptional breakfast.
Some of the double sun loungers around the pool were broken and unusable .

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfy rooms, location close to IATA and nice rooftop facilities.
Large breakfast buffet and spacious lobby to wait / have teams calls while your room is getting ready.
Small, but noticeable issues:
1 of 3 elevators remained broken over our 4 days stay. Impact: During breakfast >10min wait time.
Only 1 bike usable for our city trips. Maintenance boy was clueless how to put a bike’s chain back where it belongs.
Place in front of hotel entrance not maintained properly (probably by the city?). A day after raining large water ponds remained.

Breakfast was lovely and lots of selection, loved the roof top pool and the food at the roof top was so tasty. The hotel was so clean and fresh from the moment you walked in, and the decor was fab!
