Parking and EV Charge. Fair price for the parking (5 eur per night)
The bed for the child is an old kind of sofa, extremely uncomfortable and hard.
The bathtub was not properly cleaned and there was hair/hair in the bathroom from a previous guest.
The shower is old and poorly maintained.

Nice place to stay if you are by car and need a place for the night. Breakfast buffet is good, and the staff is very helpful. It's outside Madrid, we were going to Leganés, so the location was perfect for us.
The sofa bed was not the most comfortable one, the mattress was too thin.
