We had a great stay at the Hilton Airport hotel! The location was very convenient for our flight the next morning, and we loved having access to great amenities such as a workout room and breakfast buffet.

Close to airport, excellent buffet breakfast!
The front desk staff wasn’t helpful… they wasn’t friendly.. they weren’t attentive to suggestions about restaurants or drive to the city…. We spent $80 euros in taxis just because they didn’t mention it was easy to find parking over there.. worse experience in staff during our visit to Spain…

First, the location within 10 minutes of the airport with an efficient shuttle bus system
Airy feeling in the reception and restaurant area, surprisingly quiet for its design

Reception employees need to take training on how to treat guests, instead of shouting and being dis helpful , location is so isolated, nothing around by walking , facilities in bad and old shape , especially the GYM

The hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. If ever a hotel is needed close to the airport this is the one to stay at.

The cleaning, the facility, the location near to the airport
The room was adjucent to the pool so we even could not open the currtens of the room, there were no glass in the bathroom to wash the teeth, no mirror in the room

The staff were excellent and helpful, both at the front desk and the buffet breakfast, which was delicious with tons of options. Room was clean and very comfortable. I also liked the proximity (easy 5 minute uber or taxi) to the actual Barajas neighborhood on the other side of the freeway. Very charming, lots of trees and shade, and drinking and dining options that are sooo much more fun (and cheaper!) than what is offered the the hotel for lunch and dinner. La General for lunch, La Cana de Gonzalo, Akapela, and Lola Gastrobar are all great options for tapas/drinks/dinner. Trust me it's worth the ride and you'll be glad to escape the corporate vibe at the Hilton!
The pool and workout are were a disappointment. The pool itself is nice, but there's hardly any room on either side of it to rest and relax. And the workout are is small and cramped, not to mention it's adjacent to the pool, so it was "open air"...only problem being the air was 100 degrees haha.
