I liked that I was able to order food in the bar and get a decent meal at a reasonable time. Being an American, we are not used to the late night Spanish dining hours. Also, we had an early flight so it was nice to get our meal at a reasonable time so we could get to bed.

Staff wasn’t nice, there were dirty trays for room service on the hallway to my bedroom. Amenities are so basic and oldish.

It’s a good hotel, clean and welcoming for my service dog.
When we arrived we asked about the complementary shuttle. We were only told that it leaves every half hour without warning us there would not be seats for all hotel guests. We had to take a taxi after the driver rudely informed us that there was no room. The front desk was awful, reprimanding us for not being present before all the other guests. If management knows that there are too many guests more shuttles need to be provided. Also the customer service should be trained to accept responsibility for Hilton not providing enough shuttles rather than reprimanding the guests. If the hotel has that many paying customers you should provide enough shuttles rather than blaming the customer We ended up having to pay for a taxi.

I had an overnight connection in Madrid and the Hilton airport shuttle picked me up and took me back to the airport the next morning. I enjoyed a nice dinner in the bar. The breakfast in the morning was an amazing spread! The room was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The interconnecting rooms were a great solution for larger families of 5 persons. Good breakfast. Nice toiletries. Good breakfast.
The cooking smell when you come out of your room - the breakfast hall is located in the centre of the ground floor, in an area which can be visible from all floors. Value for money was not the best in my opinion. More airport shuttles should be added on peek hours.

I like that they were on the business level and we have access to the club.
The bathtub jets were not working and it was dirty. The speakers in the room were not working either. But the worst thing is that I out a special message saying my husband and daughter have an allergy to feather so please remove the feather pillows for normal ones. And they gave us feather pillows. My daughter got an allergy attack as we notice and remove the pillows but then they only brought us 2 normal pillows.

liked the breakfast, closeness to the airport, free shuttle service; and meal in restaurant was superb.
the staff did not consider or ask me if I was a member of Hilton Honors program; the mini bar in the room was not set up and was non -functional; no rug on the room floor; the hotel lobby and atrium really looks like a business center for business executives not for casual tourists to Madrid. Usually I am enthralled by Hilton, and have stayed at about a dozen Hiltons, in US and Caribbean. This is the first one ever that I did not love. it did not have a warm or cozy atmosphere. All about business and airport transfers.

I was very happy that they have an airport shuttle, though their explanation of where to find it was wrong (door number) but I found it in the end. Really good service. The room was clean and a very good size. I was very happy to have a bath in the bathroom, it was small but so often you don't get a bath unless spending significantly more. Breakfast was nice, staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful. I have to travel via Madrid for connections quite often and this will always be my top choice.
The gym was funny. Seemed to be basically one machine (that looked broken) and two sets of dumbbells. I'd expect more. It was a large room / corridor so plenty of space and needs AC.
