We had a fantastic stay and truly loved our time at this hotel. The location is absolutely amazing—perfectly situated and ideal for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely kind, always helpful and attentive, which made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The restaurant deserves special mention: the food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and a real highlight of our stay. Everything—from the atmosphere to the service—was simply excellent. Amazing vodka :)
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service.

A truly lovely and comfortable hotel with exceptionally attentive staff and beautifully appointed rooms. The bed was hands-down one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and I travel internationally very frequently. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and major sights. The staff are outstanding: warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on every time. An all-around excellent stay.
Food was our only disappointment. I would not recommend booking a room with breakfast, as it was underwhelming and not worth the price. There are far better options nearby. Just across the street, Bendita Locura offers a lovely breakfast or brunch at about half the cost. Overall, the hotel’s food was mediocre, which is a shame given how many excellent restaurants there are in Salamanca. With so many superior choices within walking distance, eating elsewhere is the better option.

Classic old style hotel with an intimate atmosphere and outstanding and very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Great value and well worth the stay!
A little further away from some of the areas we wanted to visit, but it was a bit quieter as a result and only a short cab drive away.

The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a luxurious atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay.
For a five-star hotel, I expected the food to be more impressive. We ordered vegetable soup but received beef consommé instead. When we asked if there was soup available, the staff initially said they needed to check, a hotel of this level should always have soup on the menu. The salad and chicken sandwich were good but the portions were very small, and delivery took quite a long time considering the portion size. Also, breakfast should have more milk options, offering just soy and regular milk feels a bit outdated.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Relais & Châteaux Heritage Hotel Madrid. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed — even when there was a small language barrier, their warmth and professionalism always shone through.
We had a minor misunderstanding at breakfast one morning, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right — a true reflection of their exceptional service standards.
For a luxury 5-star hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at how baby-friendly it was and how accommodating the staff were. The bedsheets were changed daily, sometimes even more than once. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches — from fresh flowers in the bathroom, foot massage cream and chocolates in the room, to the bottles of water kindly handed to us by the lovely doorman every time we headed out. The team was also very helpful with arranging taxis, sorting train tickets, and making sure our stay was seamless.
Rooftop bar and terrace is an added bonus. Plus a short walk to Serrano with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also the best traditional cake store ever less than 5 min walk.
Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and memorable experience. We felt truly looked after.
