Location and front desk attention
The bar attention wasn’t very kind on occasions, the door from the bathroom was shorter than the space so there was a gap and all the sounds were coming out. The sound isolation in the room is very poor, you can hear steps and other rooms closing doors every second.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst passing through Madrid. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of Parque El Retiro. The staff were super helpful, we have 2 young kids and had a lot of bags, so we were a little all over the place and staff helped out a lot and arranged an early check in for us.

Love the location, rooftop bar and pool and the price seems good too.
The shower has a rain shower and smaller one that didn’t really seem to work that well. Also the shower gel kept coming out of its bracket. Might need fixing as nearly damaged my toe a few times it fell off!
We were on the 7th floor and above us we could hear the sun loungers, tables and chairs being dragged and moved around which kept my daughter awake a bit. Not enough to move rooms but would make sure we’re not in that same room next time!

The staff was very helpful and nice. We were able to check in before our check in time.
The room was very small, the pillows very hard and there was a green light on the ceiling that didn't let us sleep the 2 nights we were there. You can hear the conversations of people in the hallway and in their rooms.
