It’s a great spot that’s not too busy. The hotel is super quiet and has some lovely amenities. The rooms are roomy, nicely decorated, and super comfy. Plus, the food is pretty good. The personnel is great.

The staff and service was excellent. Very courteous and professional.
The property was beautiful and location great. The strange thing is the main entrance to the hotel and lobby does not feature the stunning grand entrance (restaurant side) on the opposite side of the building. The sitting area adjacent to lobby is a lovely spot for tea or glass of wine.

Location, breakfast, beauty, rooftop, helpfulness of staff, including use of a complimentary car.
The room was a bit undersized for the high cost. The shower was slippery with nothing to hold onto.

Very helpful staff, nice restaurants, great breakfast. The on site Thai Spa for massage was great and quite unexpected!
Great location for Theatre Real and Palace Real.
My room was nice but dark, I couldn't easily see what the weather was like outside. No natural light whatsoever, which was a little disappointing especially for the price.
