Friendly staff
Room not as nice as expected. Went out for morning and room still not serviced on our return. Asked for it to be done while we were out at lunch and it wasn’t. Someone came just as we were settling down to nap. She only took 10 minutes and did a good job but it is not what we expected in an expensive hotel. We are now staying in somewhere more modest and our room was serviced while we had breakfast

Beautiful property with special indoor and outdoor spaces, including the courtyard and rooftop pool are. Rooms were very well appointed - comfortable beds and bedding. We had the red level experience which offered us wonderful breakfasts and access to food and drink throughout the day as part of our rate, which was an extra special treat. Staff were warm and welcoming! Building was gorgeous!

This property was exceptional. One of the best I’ve been to in the U.S. and Europe. The service was impeccable. Everyone was kind and helpful. 5 star all the way. Amazingly clean. The looking is so central to everything. 4 minutes walking g to the Royal Palace & Cathedral. 10 minutes to Plaza Mayor and much much more. Highly recommended.
There is nothing to not like. It’s the best of the best and will absolutely go there again.

We loved everything about the hotel? The building, modern but traditional. The staff super attentive without being over bearing. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.
