Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after very well. Nothing was too much trouble for Juan Antonio and Laura, amongst others. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was superb and catered for all dietary requirements. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The location was perfect for us. An easy walk to the Plaza Mayor and other attractions. Very close to 2 metro stations. The breakfast was a very good choice of food.
One night the guests in rooms close by were very noisy. Not the hotel's fault.

A comfortable and convenient family room at a relatively low price. Excellent balance! Everything is clean and tidy. A very good, delicious, and refillable breakfast.
The shower temperature was inconsistent, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold, and it was impossible to set a consistent warm stream. One of the elevators was out of order several times during rush hour, and during the morning breakfast hours, when most guests were actively moving around the hotel, we had to climb up and down the stairs.
