The location was fantastic. Many great restaurants in the area and walkable distance to many landmarks. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the bar tender who was just lovely to my son and I.
The reception staff went out of their way to look after us, going as far as catching up with us in the street to give my son a bottle of water on a particularly hot day!
Sometimes early in the morning we could hear the cleaning staff moving their trolleys around. It was not loud enough to stop us enjoying our stay though.

Business-like hotel. Breakfast was ok, room was good and the pool is a great extra, with a nice view along with it! Staff was very friendly.

The facilities were amazing and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay central Madrid, everything we wanted to see was only 20 minutes walk away.
The beds had wheels on them so they moved around a bit.

The possibility to leave the lugages in the hotel also after the check out.
The hotel was very closed to the center. 2 stops with the underground that was 200-300 meters far from the hotel.
The swimming pool was too full, as it is small and we did not have the opportunity to take a bath and it opens, in my opinion, to late in the morning.

This is our 2nd visit, a great well run hotel. good location and price for an inner city spot.
And the pool on the roof is a bonus.
Would not hesitate to go back
The pool needed a clean, but i guess its too many people with suntan cream on and make up
