The room was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows,. The bathroom was large by European standards. Elevator or wide stairs to access rooms. What we liked best was the proximity to metro and great cafs and restaurants. Underground parking available. Staff arranged taxi for departure.
Breakfast was pricey.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was a few minutes walk from tourist streets, restaurants, and taxi stations (a taxi from the hotel to the airport is fixed at EUR 33,00 and around 30 minutes). There are diverse express supermarkets and drugstores nearby. The bathroom is good, and the bed is comfortable. I'm traveling at the end of May, so the temperature is pleasant (15 to 26), including in the room.
The room's price is fair, but there are cheaper rates in that region.

Good location, easy place to visit all of Madrid. Great choice of good restaurants close by in La Latina.
Lifts could get busy at peak times but not really an issue.

Superb AGAIN, stayed here 4 times now this trip we had a balcony (can recommend),

Cleanliness of the room and surrounding area breakfast was very good and having the small pool and roof terrace to relax. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Also very good to have use of a safe and fridge
Not enough storage very little area to hang and put clothes lack of drawers to put items away open shelves were not so good unsatisfactory space . Not enough stocking up of coffee and milk and toiletries in the room.

Great breakfast, great pool, great staff
Door stops badly placed. Kept stubbing toe on the one placed right in front of toilet. Needs a Quiet Please sign outside lift at night.

location was better than expected, a 12 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff who arranged a taxi to the airport.
