Business-like hotel. Breakfast was ok, room was good and the pool is a great extra, with a nice view along with it! Staff was very friendly.

The facilities were amazing and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay central Madrid, everything we wanted to see was only 20 minutes walk away.
The beds had wheels on them so they moved around a bit.

The possibility to leave the lugages in the hotel also after the check out.
The hotel was very closed to the center. 2 stops with the underground that was 200-300 meters far from the hotel.
The swimming pool was too full, as it is small and we did not have the opportunity to take a bath and it opens, in my opinion, to late in the morning.

This is our 2nd visit, a great well run hotel. good location and price for an inner city spot.
And the pool on the roof is a bonus.
Would not hesitate to go back
The pool needed a clean, but i guess its too many people with suntan cream on and make up

Loved the pool on the roof, rooms were nice and clean, staff very helpful. Great choice for breakfast.
We would have liked to have a later checkout but understand the hotel was full. The coffee wasnt amazing at breakfast but this is only a minor point.

Location great with easy access to metro which is great way of getting around Madrid.
Friendly polite helpful staff. Great breakfast. Roof top sun area and plunge pool great for catching rays and cooling down. Good size rooms with good shower and super soft towels. All areas clean and well kept. Plenty of supermarkets bars cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Always taxi available if needed.
