A comfortable and convenient family room at a relatively low price. Excellent balance! Everything is clean and tidy. A very good, delicious, and refillable breakfast.
The shower temperature was inconsistent, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold, and it was impossible to set a consistent warm stream. One of the elevators was out of order several times during rush hour, and during the morning breakfast hours, when most guests were actively moving around the hotel, we had to climb up and down the stairs.

The shower was really good and the room had a good space and was very clean.
The staff was nice and the location was near the subway.
We could hear everything from the room near us.

Very foul smell to the room after the first night. We were moved to another room where the foul odor of sewer took over the room.

Convenient to metro and bus stop
Rooms were spotless and cleaned regularly
One particular young man on the desk had great English and was very helpful
Our neighbours were very noisy and kept us awake most nights so after a 6 night stay we came home exhausted.
Walls between rooms are very thin so you can hear everything so if you are looking for a peaceful stay I’d advise booking elsewhere.
There’s a building site across the road and there was a lot of noise from early in the morning.
Swimming pool was closed despite being filtered on booking.com as an available amenity so be careful if booking. This ruined our trip for my daughter unfortunately.

Wonderful
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and clean. The balcony was huge too.
Price was reasonable for the amount of space we had.
The outdoor rooftop terrace was close for nice city views.
Was disappointed the Pool was closed (March).
