We had a very pleasant stay at Exe Moncloa. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected and needed for a short stay while exploring Madrid. The location was particularly convenient, with the metro and bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid.

Everything was great !! :) :) I had a lovely time. To begin with, the location was amazing; and to top it off, the food, service, and rooms were wonderful. I would love to come back again !! Thank you for this breathtaking experience.
Nothing as such. If one has to say something negative, it would be that the rooms could be a bit bigger. Considering the location, I am okay with it. Apart from this, its difficult to find a flaw !! :) :)

Our party of 3 had a good-sized room where we fit well. The toilet was well equipped also.
The location is great. The bus and metro station are just across the street. There are plenty of restaurants around. And you can walk to downtown if you want.

This hotel is just not good value for money. For the same price, you can find much much better hotel in great central locations in Madrid.
The breakfast, the room, the bathroom, and associated services were just not to the standard expected at these rates. As an exemple, the breakfast is entirely made of industrial, non-fresh items (pastries, ham, bread) and the scrambled eggs, probably bought in bottles, were tasteless. No good tea, no good coffee.
