It’s really well located, if you have to go to complutense university it’s 15 min friendly walk
20 min away of downtown by metro
The handicapped elevator works also as a first floor elevator and takes forever to go up and down

Great hotel with an excellent location. The free bus stops right in front. There are restaurants, a laundromat, and grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast was good.

The bed, the breakfast and the cleaning were exceptional
The hotel price might be slightly high for what it offers. The building is old, and it looks like they tried to revitalize it, but some parts should be refurbished. Additionally, I was delivering some lectures online and needed to use a meeting room. I decided to do it from my room because they wanted to charge me a price that was even higher than a single room day stay just for a meeting room with basic amenities (which were also charged separately).

Location is excellent, metro station is just in front of the hotel and you can get everywhere with metro in Madrid, fast and cheap.
Room was comfortable enough, no reasons to complain.
The room service is super nice.
The breakfast was a bit under expectations for a 4-stars hotel. Food was good, but the choice was quite limited and we ended up eating the same breakfast every day, which was a bit frustrating.
The elevators were continuously causing problems, not reacting to our keycard, or going down and locking themselves. Very annoying.

Despite arriving early on New Year's Eve day, we were pleasantly surprised to be told by the friendly front desk staff that not only could we check in immediately but we were being upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub and a balcony. The bed was a very comfortable California king, it had all the amenities we could want, and the breakfast was ample, varied, and of excellent quality.

The location is excellent. Easy commute to city centre. Lots of option for food and cafes around. Staffs very helpful and nice. Got a room with a grand view of the city. Room.service and tidiness was excellent.
Expected that the rooftop terrace will be available in the evening as per the picture. But unfortunately was closed.

Super clean rooms, modern and neat. Loved the view, the rooftop was amazing. Very close to the center, i walked everywhere. Friendly staff. Would stay here again :)
I loved the pool only pity they closed it for a season so could not enjoy it that much. But something just pity, otherwise would have been perfect :)
