I came to visit Madrid for the very first time and it was a short trip. This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of how beautiful it was, clean and quiet. The roo. Was perfect for us and for our stay as we spent most of the time outside. All clean and they did chenge the towels on the second day of stay. I would book again and maybe next time with breakfast included.
The hotel is located in a quiet area far away from the noisy city centre. Is not too much around and is located near by a main road. For me with a child of 6 years old it wasn't very good, but I would recommend it anyways. I didn't book breakfast because I like to sleep till late but next time I will try.

Cleanliness and staff friendly
We paid extra to stay at the hotel as it specifically had a pool and we had an 8 year old but the pool was closed for the full stay, but was not stated when booking and we would have not booked if we had known the pool was not open

Everything fine. The swimming pool it’s close, I have choose this hotel because of the pool.

It's big, clean and comfy.
The personnel were also friendly.
The breakfast is good, complete and tasty but I didn't expect the dinners to be good as well. I spent time looking for nice places around Madrid not knowing I already had a nice option at the hotel. A life saver because I had no patience or energy last night to find a place to eat.
