Seemed really nice - good restaurant - well kept - rooms tidy
Location wise - a bit in the middle of nowhere - but we were only staying as closer to the airport - but a little difficult to get back into the city uber only real option and have to go back on yourself

The staff were fantastic, particularly the reception team, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.
The location was very inconvenient, as taxi drivers often struggled to find the hotel and reach the destination. Additionally, the electrical sockets in the hotel did not function properly, leaving us without electricity in the bathroom for most of our stay.

Being rated as a four-star hotel we expected more. My husband and I stayed at the hotel together with our 15 year-old son, so we had a room with a double bed and an extra bed for our son. When we arrived the AC was on in the room, it was very cold and it was not possible to turn the temperature up. Our son's bed only had a thin sheet as a cover and had to sleep with his clothes on during the night as it was so cold.
The breakfast was ok but not more than that.
The restaurant in the hotel serves microwaved food, we were served food that hadn't even been heated enough (e.g. cold french fries).
The hotel is located right by the highway with no surrounding restaurants, so in case you wish to eat out you'll need to take the car/taxi.

Staff was really nice , all of them but amazing the girl in the bar , also very helpful the guy on the night shift.
The girl in the entrance breakfast time very nice .
Breakfast food was really good quality all the staff really good service. Room comforts,clean, toilets always full with the consumables.

This hotel is definitely overpriced for the quality provided. The location is not convenient at all, making it frustrating to get around. To make matters worse, the room towels were dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the breakfast needs great improvement. Overall, a very disappointing experience—I would not recommend staying here.

Unbeatable location! The airport bus stops right outside, 3 metro lines are at the doorstep, and fashion wholesale malls are just a stone’s throw away.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel has great gym equipment plus a convenient coin laundry.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel it was the worst.
The worst stay i had in my life. I asked for 3 blanket they gave me 2 claiming they didn't have more and because of that one of my family members got sick. What do you mean a hotel ran out of blanket and slippers? The curtains had hols in them, they where doing some renovations the room next door that was very noisy and the rooms were very dirty. It was also really far away from the city center and there was nothing near the hotel. The pool towels were dirty the pool was freezing. Over all the worst experience I had in my life. I would never choose this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anybody .
