Clean rooms, with comfortable sofa and desk, the restrauant at the hotel was great, had breakfast here.
Staff unavailable esp duing holiday season, one of the bathroom doors wouldn't close (#120), no staff to assist you with the luggage, far from the city, takes anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes by car to central Madrid.

We had a lovely stay at Exe Madrid Norte! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and offered great value for the price. What we appreciated the most was its central location, which made it easy to explore the city and reach everything we needed. It was the perfect base for our time in Madrid—comfortable, stylish, and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!
I’m not sure if it was our fault that couldn’t set up properly the AC, but we had issues with the hot temperature in the room, other than that, all good.

Very Good
The room was a good size and quiet area . Restaurant and breakfast buffet available on site . Parking available for a cost but convenient. Although it was further than we expected from Madrid center there was a direct bus 150 that took us to the center but took between 35 min to 55 min depending on the time and day . The bus stop is a 10 min walk .

Comfortable rooms, nice staff, Fabio in special was very helpful.
Not much about the hotel but the city of Madrid. We are from Portugal and didn’t know we couldn’t drive on M30 without a permit. Without a permit we should’ve gone outside that area using alternative roads. Staff has helped on the way out which made it much easier .

The hotel was in a great position for us as we were visiting family in Sanchinarro. The bus stops were very close by and the service was frequent and on time. The staff were amazing especially the bar staff who could not do enough to please. The food was good although we only ate snacks one night but the bar was well stocked. Breakfast was exceptional value and plentiful right up to closing time.
The room was very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was like new.
We did experience the country wide power cut whilst we were there and the hotel really pulled together to make sure everyone was ok.
One night there were roadworks throughout the night outside but that was just unlucky.

The staff was nice and courteous.
Room and bathroom was very outdated, bathroom shower was leaking, the shower floor looked like some patching job was done, in a very poor way. The room looked like one star hotel room. There was no microwave, coffee majer and coffee but no water unless you pay for it. The location was far from downtown so you have to take uber or public transportation. The price was reasonable however since we had to pay for uber. Multiple times, we really did not have the savings.
