Very nice room and quiet location.
The only thing is that it is fairly far from the city centre, but a 20-minute bus journey right infront of the hotel takes you there.

We got a room that was full of smoke so the hotel upgraded us to the room with a terrace. It was wonderful because the garden is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff very professional and friendly
There are no restaurants or shops nearby. Uber can take 15 minutes to arrive. It’s really far from anything

Comfy bed
Restaurant and bar currently closed. Wasn’t told until after I’d paid for the room. Went up to floor 3 in the lift to find all rooms had no doors on and entire floor a building site. Swimming pools closed.. again wasn’t told until after payment was made at reception. Terrible. I appreciate places need revamping but customers should be told there’s no facilities or restaurants open before they pay

Room size is fantastic, very clean with a welcome bottle of water. Fantastic garden and pool views. Spacious property!

Location was perfect for what we needed, breakfast is very complete and overlooking the pool and garden. Staff is courteous and polite. Very clean facilities.
The pullout sofa bed, the mattress was awful. Need an EV charger in the parking

Wonderful
Location is perfect for our family..Quiet suburbs with quick access to highway. The triple room was a great fit. We love the pool and grassed gardens. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Amazing breakfast.
There's no electric car chargers in the property or nearby. We had to drive to Ciudad de la Imagen to find one.
