The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel also had good and convenient parking.
There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the drains, which was also noticeable inside the room. This was the main downside of our stay.

Pleasant and helpful staff.
There were some problems with bathroom but they were resolved later. Not clear information about breakfast - it seemed like it was included, but it turned out later that it wasn’t.

The hotel is very pretty on the outside. However, the rooms were very outdated, specially the bathroom.
It was a very, very expensive stay ($604 euros for 2 nights) for a very standard hotel.

Clean, location, pool
No working restaurant or caffe between 10:30am and 5pm in hotel, and hotel is in residental zone so there is no close any shop or caffe.

Very nice place to stay. With a car its easy to visit Madrid. Nicr rooms quiet, nice pool, good breakfast, and place is clean.

Great location nearby Madrid center , with the hot temperatures during summer in Madrid is always a relief to have a pool. Rooms are nice, comfy beds and comfortable bathroom.
The restaurant is only open for breakfast and for dinner after 19:00.

The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with everything fresh, well prepared, and with very good service. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a green area surrounding the pool. The room was spick and span, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They made the bed, cleaned the room and bathroom, and changed the towels every day during my stay. There was plenty of covered parking. The restaurant also served fresh and varied food. The hotel had been recently refurbished, so everything was new.
No Netflix or smart TV for that matter.

The era is beautiful only 15 min from Madrid city centre.
The hotel was Beautiful and very comfortable.
It was all great.
I just wished the swimming pool was open earlier.

We were impressed with the size of the room, cleanliness and facilities. Staff was very friendly and beds extra confortable.
The only downside is that you are from the city and there is no public transport nearby.
