Spacious suite with kitchen and jacuzzi clean and comfort bed excelent mountain view 7th+ floor free parking garage very good staff few restaurants and supermarket around big shopping mall 10 minuts walk.

Really nice stay. The hotel is peaceful and very clean, the staff are helpful, and the free parking is a big plus—no stress about finding parking outside. It’s also close to the metro station and bus stops, which makes it perfect for tourists who aren’t planning to rent a car.

For our day, the location was perfect, it is quite a ride from the centre of Madrid. On arrival, the staff. (particularly Sara) were exceptional. The room was huge and very clean, very comfortable we had a good stay. Easy to get to public transport both of the airport and to the centre of Madrid.
We did not try the breakfast because we thought €22 each was rather pricey. Mind you a white coffee in the lobby was €5. The rooms are a little bit old-fashioned, but that has definitely not put me off from returning.
