Super comfortable and clean apartment. Staff were very helpful and we could leave our luggage securely prior to check in. Would definitely stay here again or in one of their sister apartments around Europe

Close to all the main shops and tourists areas but far away enough from the crowds
The walls are paper thin so you can hear other guests being noisy, the room setup is strange and has to ask for new towels on day three - fire station across the road and huge glass bins so quite noisy

We loved everything about the apartment. It was so spacious. It had everything we needed. We could not fault it. The location was excellent
This is our 4th time in Madrid and our first time in this apartment. We would definitely come back.

Staff were very helpful, including Salvador, who facilitated a room change and booked a taxi for our departure.
The after hours self-service check-in program was not user-friendly! would not accept passport no.,DOB etc. We had to phone the after hours emergency number to obtain a key to our apartment.

Centrally located. Ample and spacious. Clean rooms and bathroom. Modern design and good Internet
The apartment is very poorly insulated when it comes to noise. We were woken up repeatedly by guests coming in and out of the building. The apartment was also at street level, and the windows let all the noise in from the street. We could hear people talking, drunks singing, and trucks driving by.

Its very clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff are very attentive to our requests (we complained that the bedrooms were a bit warm and they immediately sent someone to fix it). Great customer service from Alejandro and Salvador.
After a long day of sightseeing, we went to bed early at 10 pm but got awaken by 10:30 pm by a call from the night staff about being loud and disturbing other guests. I was a bit annoyed when he kept on asking if our music or TV set is loud after I already responded that were not having a party. Surely, he can hear that there was no loud noises in the background during the call. Although inconvenient, I still would recommend this place.
