The location is perfect for anyone taking a train from or arriving at Atocha Station. The Atocha station is only 10 minutes' walk. In addition, it is also very close to all central attractions.
Overall, I would say that it is a very good apartment. It would be a perfect stay if they could improve minor stuffs.
The check in and check out was very easy and simple with clear instructions from the management. However, they need to improve little bit better on the room signs etc. We arrived at around 1 AM and when we checked in then it gave room number 01. We were not able to find out room 01. There was only one room downstairs and it had written pool entry. Even we opened that door and because it was completely dark so we could not see that there was a room marked with 01. We dialed the number 8000 from the attached phone. The operator was not able to help us and we spent almost 30 to 40 minutes with him and he could not figure out where is room 01. Luckily I again opened the pool room and were able to find out room 01. It would be better if they can provide clear map or instructions for future residents.
The other thing was that sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It started hurting the back after sleeping for 1 day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s well organized, comfortable, and perfect for a short visit. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the train station. We also appreciated the little thoughtful touches, like the breakfast offerings. Overall, very happy with our experience and would gladly stay again.

10 minute walk from the train station, 5 mins from metro stations and two supermarkets downstairs. Extremely clean and comfy. Second time we've stayed here and wouldnt hesitate to stay again

The staff were very helpful. Well trained. The apartment was clean and larger than we expected. It was very quiet and the location was good. Parking was also trouble free.

Very friendly and professional staff! Great location. Room was big and had a lot of appliances. Small pool but was nice to dip in.

Great location, close to public transport, stores, and restaurants. Room was clean and well set up.
Rooms were a touch small for a family of 4. No mirrors other than the one in the bathroom. Safe neighborhood, but near busy roads.So, will hear some noise.

I was in Spain and Portugal for 3 weeks and I was very disappointed with the Airbnb places and hotels, everything was dirty, bad sheets and pillows, and last night I chose this one and the truth is I was surprised, I was already resigning myself to the ugly and dirty places, ??♀️ What I liked most was the cleanliness and that they left little things that don't cost much but for one as a tourist have great value, like coffee, tea, sugar, salt and even oil, the pillows and sheets white ?10 points. Thank you for making from my 20 days in Europe the best night ? lol ? if I return to Madrid I will check this place again !

Great Location and good beds
The sound sensor that was not disclosed on arrival, one curtain was broken and was not fixed so thwrefore some guest woke up really early due to the light outside. Furthermore the kitchen was really poor

The elevator was down for a bit which was inconvenient as we were on the 6th floor but they fixed it quickly
