The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and clean. Great decor. The location was fantastic.
I think for the cost, the room was actually quite small. For that price, the room should be bigger. Also there was one restaurant - Japanese. It would be great to have more variety of cusine, and especially good food options for vegetarians.

Staff welcomed our family with open arms as soon as we arrived. They also assisted us in finding a great local restaurant nearby and called them to ensure they were open and ready to best serve our family.
Wish I could've extended my vacation longer and continued to stay at the Doubletree hotel. Next time I am in Madrid I will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel.
