Incredible location! Right there in the middle of restaurants, Flamen shows, as well as Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. I chose this Hostal because of its parking facility. It is two blocks from the hostal.

Everything about this place was great. The room was a bit small for three beds, however, leaving little room to even open a suitcase. Other than that, however, the hostel was really great.

It's very rare you get all the towles, a bathrobe, AND slippers at a hostel. The free water was also a nice touch.

The location is great and the cleanliness is perfect. They offer complimentary coffee, wine, and snacks (we can't comment on the quality as we didn't try them).
A significant part of our two-day stay was spent resolving a problem caused by the hostel. The room did not match its online description. The receptionist rudely stated that the hostel was not responsible for the the photos on Booking.com. She rudely refused to provide us with a different room. We spent the first night in a windowless room after being offered to cancel our booking without being provided another place to stay. The issue was only resolved after we contacted Booking.com's customer service. As a result, we spent the second night in a satisfactory room. I cannot recommend staying there unless you have the time and courage to contact Booking.com or to deal with impolite staff at the reception.

They fit some nice modern amenities into a small room. There was even a coffee maker and some snacks.
We could have used a small table/desk and a chair for when we brought food to the room. No big deal though.

I really enjoyed my stay here ^^ The location was amazing, right in the center, which made it super easy to get around and explore. The room had some thoughtful touches like a coffee maker and free snacks. It was also cleaned every day, which I appreciated.
The space itself was a bit small, but it was more than enough for two girls, especially since we were out most of the time anyway. We had air conditioning, and even though the hotel is in the center, our room was quiet and we weren’t disturbed by any noise. It felt comfortable overall.
One thing to note: the street leading to the hotel is lively, with lots of souvenir and food shops and people occasionally approaching to suggest bars, flamenco shows, etc. (It’s Madrid after all :D <3 ). It wasn’t a problem for us, but just something to be aware of.
The staff was okay <3 I’d definitely recommend this place if you want something central, clean, and cozy.

Great value for money and very nice perks. Very central yet affordable and renovated. Very comfortable and clean. Chips, and wine upon arrival with free cold water bottles throughout the stay. Friendly staff who let me keep my bags despite no lockers.
There is basically no sound proofing so you hear everything your neighbors does and those passing in the hall. They do provide ear plugs for that and the music at night from the club across the street. I was in the inside of the building so it was a faint beat.
