Wonderful hotel in the heart of Madrid. Very quiet rooms despite being on Gran Via. Fun rooftop pools and bar. Comfortable and spacious rooms and great air conditioning.

All the staff at reception, the bar and housekeeping were lovely and approachable and very hospitable especially Julio who was very kind and returned my sunglasses which I left on the lobby??♂️
April at the rooftop restaurant was also very nice and accommodating when we had our breakfast.
The breakfast was excellent and worth it! The room was very comfortable and was a lovely way to end a busy day in the city.

I truly fell in love with this hotel. It was even better than I expected from the photos. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the center, everything is just a short walk away. The rooms are stunning and very clean, and the staff made our stay extra special with their kindness and warmth. Breakfast was absolutely perfect, with so many delicious options and an incredible view. I will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Madrid.

Amazing pool, really kind staff, clean room, windows were well soundproof in my opinion considering the fact that the hotel is on Gran Via, nice rooftop bar.

Bea and her colleague were lovely and helpful! They are 10!
The bathroom sink is more form than function. Couldn't use it without splashing all over. Also a big design flaw putting the toilet behind the door, must turn on the light to pee in the middle of the night or be in complete darkness, so odd.

The location is excellent - just steps from the Plaza Espana metro stop and in a very vibrant part of the city. My room was just the right size for me as a solo traveler. (It would have been a tight fit for two people, but for a few nights u think it would be manageable.) It was clean and comfortable. I liked that we were provided with a refillable water bottle.
I expected the room to have at least one USB port, but it did not. The staff helpfully allowed me to borrow a converter until I could get one of my own.

The location is incredible and very walkable. The rooms are nice, modern and comfortable. The staff (especially at breakfast) are really friendly. The views from the rooftop are unbelievable.
The rooftop can get very cold and windy depending on the season so if you want a drink indoors, you’ll have to look elsewhere outside the hotel. No indoor or lobby bar. Other than that, very nice hotel.

The location is excellent. There is a metro station entrance in front of the hotel plus walking distance to many tourist sites. Tour bus stop in next block as well as taxi stand. Staff very helpful with directions.
Some siren noise as this is one of the major troughfares.
