It’s Conveniently located near the airport, making travel easy. The staff were accommodating throughout our stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a bidet, disposable slippers, and an iron or portable steamer in the rooms. Thank you.

Very clean rooms and very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and always available to help.
The location is out by a major hi way, and not really safe to walk around this area. Not much out by the hotel. If you're just looking for an airport hotel, it is hard to beat. If you're running into the downtown area, it is a $20 Uber ride.

Not particularly close to the airport, but the shuttle service helps. Just be mindful of its operating hours, as it does not run 24/7, and the last shuttle from the hotel to the airport departs early in the morning. For later flights, such as a 1:00 pm departure, it is easy to take an Uber directly from the hotel lobby.
The restaurant staff were not particularly friendly, although that may have been because we arrived at 10:00 pm and they seemed tired and reluctant to take additional customers so close to closing time. That said, the breakfast staff were excellent: welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help.

It was very clean with a kind staff
There were a few problems. The first was that unfortunately there was an abandoned and half-built building next to the hotel, where a group of people lived. There was no electricity and they lived in the dark, which was not pleasant at all because it gave a feeling of insecurity. The second was the very small beds in the rooms, which made it difficult for two people to sleep on the bed. The third was the lack of variety in the breakfast. As a hotel, I think it should have offered a better breakfast service.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent and staff was outstanding-especially Sara. Friendly staff. Locations fairly close to Barajas Airport. Service was much superior here than the large hotel we stayed in earlier downtown Madrid.
Food in restaurant for dinner was mediocre. but staff friendly.

Comfortable clean and quiet room. Good restaurant, this is important because there is nothing in the neighborhood. 15 minute ride to the airport. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Much nicer than the hotels the airlines put you in when they mess up your connection.
The neighborhood does not look very nice and there are no shops or restaurants nearby.
