We enjoyed the cleaniness of the room and the many options available at breakfast.
The pool area is nice, whereas I did not use the gym.
The location is close to cafes and a beautiful park.

The Hotel is very beautiful itself, our room was spacious, the beds are very clean and comfortable.
The staff is kind and helpful. The cleaning staff is doing a marvelous job, we've always found our room as if we just arrived on the first day. Crispy clean and smelling good. :)
The food and beverages are really good at their restaurant.
The breakfast had several options, frequently refilled, tables always cleaned.
It's not too far from the Airport by car. The Retiro park is 10mins walk away, museums and public transportation is also easily accessed from this location.
The pool was a little bit colder than what I expected, but I wouldn't say that it's a negative thing. Just be careful if you prefer warmer waters!

The hotel was very clean, great staff and very accommodating, loved the location & the facilities were good.
The pool was really cold unfortunately, and there wasn't much room for everyone by the pool. Also the beds moved a lot, think they were on wheels.

The access to the Viva Gym and the Outdoor Swimming Pool were great !!
Swimming pool closing hours at 8pm during the summer is tool early.

The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. They were spacious as was the bathroom and very clean. The breakfast was very good too and a good selection
The pool area was very clean and the sun Loungers were very comfortable. However the closed roof over the sun loungers meant there was no air circulation and at 38 degrees the build up of heat was unbearable. The roof over the pool was the same design but the slats were open which made it very pleasant.

Bathroom is as in the picture, modern and big, and water pressure is ok.
The room is a mix of more traditional furnished vibes. Breakfast spread is massive! Unfortunately, we left early and didn't get to try all the food. But there was even a nespresso machine, and churros!
Location wise, it is not so central, but you have options to take uber or public transportation.
We got a room for family of 4 pax and one of the beds ended up being a sofa bed...however, it looked it it's been a minute (or longer) since the sofa was cleaned (musty, yes, so I would try to get in bed without having to touch the sides of sofa).
When checking in and if you are driving -- which is what happened to us -- clarify whether parking is already part of charge. Also, the pin per google doesn't accurately hit to the lobby. The lobby is on a busy street and oddly shaped, so you may not even notice it. We had a lot of luggage as staying here the day before we flew out of Madrid. However, check in was fast and check out also, and porter kindly helped with our luggage.

Renovated hotel. Staff is super nice and the breakfast is great. Rooms are very clean with renovated and new bathroom furniture.

The pool was smaller than expected but the location was great. The hotel is super clean and everything looks brand new.
We were woken up by the cleaning staff even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and were not yet checking out. Other than that, the staff were lovely and I would stay here again.
