We had chemical poisoning at the hotel after a repairman tried to fix the restroom. The hotel management did not even apologize and was exceptionally rude. They are especially discrimated against Turkish people. Never ever stay here if you want to survive your trip.

MAJOR Construction noise outside after 11:00 p.m. on 2 of the three nights we stayed there. Our room 307 was on the front of the hotel. Slept poorly. Hard to believe that this would be allowed in front of a major hotel during the night. Coffee maker had issues - the pod kept falling down - poorly designed/ no specific instructions. Elevators are very small ... 2 people with reasonable luggage could hardly fit in one.

Wonderful
Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Also enjoyed the "Welcome" apple water that was available at the entrance. (Did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot comment on that.
We had trouble with the coffee maker. We liked the idea of making a cup of coffee, but it would be good to have simple instructions near the machine.
