it was good. The front desk staff was outstanding! Location was perfect to get to all the walking sites and the city center.
Could have used some more towels and a facecloth in the Bathroom.

Our junior suite room #104 was perfect with a separate sala for privacy. Alessandro upgraded us to a Junior Suite when he realized that we had come from a 25-hour journey to reach Madrid. We only stayed for one night because we were going to Semana Santa in Seville.

The staff were exceptional both at the front desk and breakfast room. Our room a suite was superb, clean, quiet, comfortable. Complimentary Cava and fruit platter on arrival and a fruit platter on departure- superb! Free tea and coffee in the room. Excellent WIFI. Plenty of storage space. Large bathroom with big walk in shower. It’s probably the best kept and cleanest rooms we have stayed in.
Breakfast buffet is huge with lots of hot and cold choices. Very fresh food, eggs cooked to order.
The hotel itself is in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s only a few minutes to a metro stop and Plaza Major.

I come to Madrid often and stay at different hotels however I think this would be my new go to hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival. They even upgraded our room which was nice as for the reason for staying was traveling on bereavement. Location was great and beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent. The freshly squeezed orange juice was truly authentic, and they prepare it right in front of you. Perhaps the selection of cold cuts could have been a bit better, but that does not affect my overall rating at all — 10/10.
The location is also perfect: Plaza Mayor is about a 7-minute walk away, Puerta del Sol only 5 minutes, Mercado de San Miguel around 10 minutes, the Reina Sofía Museum and the Prado Museum about 15 minutes, and Gran Vía just a 10 minutes away on foot.

Everything was absolutely perfect!The staff, we felt very welcome.
The room very clean and tidy.Location is perfect, very closed to all the shops, city centre, lots of cafes around.
Will definitely stay here again when in Madrid .
