The location is super as it has easy access to all attractions and can reach tour buses by walking 5 to 10 minutes, they have good quality various dishes breakfast made of fresh ingredients, the staff are really helpful and friendly. Clean and air conditioned

the hotel was very thoughtful. We arrived early for our stay, but the team tried to get us into the room as quickly as possible. They tried to accommodate our stay by at least having our two rooms on the same floor. They went the extra mile by placing complimentary champagne and chocolate in our room for the first night. They thought through the extra touches. Upon checkout the staff went outside to help us hail two cabs to the train station. I would definitely stay here again. The king bed in our jr suite felt bigger than normal!
Maybe a list of recommended restaurants in the nearby area placed in our room, and a full shower door, water drips everywhere with the half shower door. Sometimes the hotel smelled of smoke even though I thought the hotel was smoke free.

Location was great perfect to move around the city with public transportation. Very central and at walk distance to several attractions and restaurants. Concierge staff was super friendly and helpful.
Restaurant quality and overall service not at the level of the rest of the facility services.

The staff was very helpful with dining and site seeing information The breakfast the hotel offered was very good And we enjoyed the complimentary glasses of cave (prosecco)! The location was perfect - a short walk to the Plaza Major and Mercado San Miguel and to many many wonderful restaurants, Mesones and tapas bars
It was very hot during our stay so the water station iin the lobby was helpful However we wish it was available earlier in the mornings and left out longer into the evenings
