The staff were wonderful. The location is great, very central. The breakfast was very nice and our superior room was clean comfortable and spacious. We were particularly grateful that the hotel was so understanding when we could not get to Madrid for the first night we had booked.

Location in Las Letras 1 block away from Plaza Santa Ana, and within a 10 minute walking distance to Parque del Retiro, Cibeles, Museums, was great!

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the major museums and Retiro Park. The building itself is beautiful. We appreciated the happy hour in the lobby after a day out. Excellent wine and nibbles to be had.

Helpful Front Desk. They got us a taxi on more than one occasion. Even went outside and chased one down when they saw we weren't successful. Bed was super comfy. Close to the major plazas. If you want to sleep in a bit, the window treatments provide a nice dark space. One morning, we woke up at 1130am and were shocked because the room was so dark.
