The staff were warm, gracious, and welcoming. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and we felt comfortable and well cared for during our stay. The location was excellent. It was very central, with the Prado Museum, other major galleries, restaurants and the historic centre all within easy walking distance. We especially appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, which were such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would happily recommend it.

Very comfortable..great location..they had coffee in the room so that’s all I have for breakfast. Choice of tub or walk in shower.

Although a bit expensive, we have nothing but praise for all aspects of this property. Our room was surprisingly large despite being in the center of one of the most interesting and fun areas of Madrid.
After contemplating this question for several minutes, I honestly can't think of anything.

It was centrally located and within walking distance of many top attractions nearby as well as a very beautifully decorated hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and reception. Every time we walked into the hotel off the warm streets we were met with a cool breeze blowing from the air conditioned entrance foyer as well as a lovely fresh smell.
We were a group of 8 family and friends (4 couples) and all the
rooms (superior rooms and junior suites) we stayed in were beautifully decorated and very good sizes with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Madrid. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire staff complement were very friendly and helpful. Ricardo in the bar was awesome and Mariano at the front desk very friendly and helpful and gave us tips and advice on things to do and see places to visit. We can not fault any of the staff members. Amazing hotel with wonderful staff

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, the couches were not. The turn down service was a nice touch and the breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient and easy to get to from the Atocha station and in easy walking distance of most atttactions. Staff were helpful.
The rooms were expensive and not really on par with what you would expect from a junior suite. Smallish room and no way to separate yourself if one of you wakes before the other.
